Steven Davis brings over 20 years of legal, regulatory, risk management, and corporate strategy experience. Steven is a former Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of STOPS Enterprises, which offers air ambulance and ground transport services to the workers’ compensation marketplace. Prior to joining STOPS Enterprises, He served as Corporate Counsel to Jacuzzi Brands, Inc., the global manufacturer of hot tubs, spas, and whirlpool baths. Davis is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration from Florida A&M University

Mark Farrell has a great deal of experience in the insurance industry and most recently, in the business of independent medical evaluations, medical record and peer reviews, and independent medical case reviews. Farrell was most recently Chief Strategy Officer at IMX Medical Management Services, a position he held since 2001. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Cigna Group Insurance. His background also includes the position of Senior Vice President of Sales at Coventry Workers’ Comp Services, and President at Intracorp.

Robin France has nearly 30 years of experience in workers’ compensation, disability management, patient advocacy, and managed care, serving large insurance carriers and managing exceptional patient outcomes. In her current role at Carisk Partners, her focus is on strategizing with the clinical and management team on all aspects of the business. Previously, France worked for Coventry Health Care in sales and account management for 25 years, and as an Operations and Sales Liaison at One Call Care Management. Throughout her career, she has influenced significant positive results in client relationships, quality assurance, and financial outcomes by growing market share through strategic planning, project management, and an exceptional approach to problem-solving. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University.

Linda Lane has been named one of Business Insurance’s “Women to Watch.” Before starting her own consulting practice, Lane spent over 26 years with One Call Care Management, a leading provider of specialized solutions to the workers’ compensation industry. Lane is also a founder and foundation chair of the Women to Watch Foundation, a program that works to elevate the livelihood, health, and advancement of women and girls globally.

David Lupinsky is an industry leader in using technology to improve patient care and safety. Lupinsky has over 18 years of managed care experience. Prior to joining Paradigm as Vice President of Clinical Product Solutions, he held various management positions at Corvel Corp, including Vice President, Digital Health and Innovation and Senior Vice President of Product. He has earned top honors from Business Insurance including the 2021 Innovator Award for the Virtual Functional Restoration Program, and 2020 Innovator Award for the Virtual Occupational Clinic.

Bruce Singleton is one of the leading experts in creating strategic provider networks for insurance companies and health care organizations. Singleton joined MultiPlan in 2015 as Senior Vice President of Network Development Strategy. He leads strategy for MultiPlan’s provider networks and identifies network opportunities using MultiPlan’s analytical and clinical solutions. Singleton has over 20 years successfully leading network development strategy for some of the industry’s top organizations including Aetna, Coventry Health Care, and Concentra.

Kent Spafford served as CEO at One Call, the nation’s leader in specialty network management services for the workers’ compensation industry, where he helped grow the company from a small diagnostic imaging provider to an industry leader and consolidator offering a full range of network services for injured workers, their employers, and insurers.
 
Under his leadership, the company enjoyed over 4000% growth. From 2013 to 2021, he served on the Board of Directors for One Call, including serving as Vice Chairman of the Board. He currently still has an advisory role with One Call. Spafford is currently on the Board of Directors of the American Association of Payers Administrators and Networks (AAPAN) where he is a past co-chair and on the Workers Compensation Research Institute’s (WCRI) Disability and Medical Management Program Advisory Board. He is a senior advisor for Brown Brothers Harriman Capital Partners Private Equity funds and former Board member of KabaFusion. In addition, Spafford sits on the Board of Healix, an infusion company, and is on the Board of Akeso, an occupational medicine corporation.
